Our services are provided in the form of personalized astrology consultations based on the information shared by the client. Once a consultation has been completed, the service is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.
  • Payment deducted but appointment could not be scheduled due to our inability to provide the service.
  • Technical payment error resulting in an unsuccessful booking.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be available in the following situations:

  • After the consultation has been completed.
  • If incorrect birth details or personal information were provided by the client.
  • If the client chooses not to attend the scheduled consultation.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the consultation or guidance provided.
  • For delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Cancellation Before Consultation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Eligible refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
